I felt completely alone when I began my journey of self-discovery. Despite being surrounded by people, nobody could understand the pain I was going through as I realized the fractures within myself that I had created by rejecting certain parts of me. I had disowned and rejected these parts because I feared that others would not accept and love me if they saw these sides of me. I was scared that speaking my truth would cause my life to fall apart and I would lose the stability that I had worked so hard to build.

It took some time for me to see that identifying my needs, wants, and desires and expressing them openly could bring fulfilling experiences to my life. Once I learned to do this, the things that I truly wanted in my life found me. When I saw an ad for the Health Coach Institute on my Facebook newsfeed, I took it as a sign that the Universe was bringing an opportunity to me that I was meant to pursue.

With my heart filled with compassion, I am committed to uplifting others through the wisdom I've gathered. In a world where society's expectations often cloud our path and obligations pull us in other directions, I believe true happiness lies in reclaiming our authentic selves. The greatest hurdle is embracing transformative growth. My mission is to empower individuals to recognize their innermost desires, express their authenticity boldly, and craft lives rich with purpose and fulfillment.
